Completion of Work Order Forms from All Departments
Oversee all Band Owned Buildings regarding maintenance repairs.
Consists of small minor repairs
Major repairs – service calls to be placed and followed up
Errands to Town to purchase material and supplies
Assisting Contractors – plumbing, electrical etc…..
Responsible for all Quotes – regarding all buildings

Seasonal Work:  Winter – making sure all offices are cleared of snow and ice
Summer- making sure grass and clean up is maintained around all buildings.

MAKING SURE ALL BUILDINGS ARE ENVIROMENTALY SAFE FOR THE PUBLIC.
