
Band Representative Staff
Programs Offered
-utilize the Child & Family Services Act
-respond to protection applications as determined by CFSA
-accompany CAS during investigations
-on behalf of Oneida Nation of the Thames research & prepare cases w/CAS
-participate & respond to child protection hearings
-ensure & assist clients (children) & families who are eligible to register with Oneida
-attend meetings with CAS to ensure the cultural aspect is being included
-provide information on programming in a manner that recognizes culture, heritage & traditions
-attend CAS plans of care
-Project Hugs-a monthly program where we teach our Oneida children culture & traditions
