Healthy Babies Healthy Children

The Healthy Babies Healthy Children program is a community based home visiting program to support families with children ages 0-6 years.  The program aims to promote healthy growth and development of infant and children. The program connects families to community based services and to external supports.  The Healthy Babies Healthy Children visiting program is provided by a certified Early Childhood Education worker.  The services include: parenting programs, home visits, parent workshops, parent resource, car seat clinics, referrals, assists with monthly well baby clinics.
