Business-development focuses on implementation of the strategic business plan through equity financing, acquisition/divestiture of technologies, products, and companies, plus the establishment of strategic partnerships where appropriate

The Business Development division is separate from Economic Development and that there are now three divisions; political, administrative and business development.  The working group made up of Council and utilizes Administration as needed

As of July 25, 2009, Sheri Doxtator and Renae Hill serve as the new members of the Board of Directors
